Getting started
How does an online visit work?
You answer a short online intake. A licensed provider from LocumTele reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Every product requires a prescription from a licensed provider.
Providers & prescriptions
Who prescribes it?
A licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant from LocumTele, licensed in your state, reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, and shipped to you discreetly.
Is this FDA-approved?
No. This medication is compounded and is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy under an individual prescription.
What does compounded mean?
Compounded means the medication is prepared to order by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient, rather than commercially manufactured. It is not a generic version of, and is not equivalent or interchangeable with, any FDA-approved brand-name product.
What if I have a side effect?
Contact our care team at support@milovahealth.com. For anything serious, call 911.
Pricing & billing
When am I charged?
You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
What's included in the price?
Medication if prescribed, provider review, ongoing check-ins and messaging, and shipping. Injectable products also include syringes and alcohol pads.
What if I'm not approved?
Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time before your next refill by contacting our care team, or email support@milovahealth.com.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Available in 47 states + DC. We do not currently serve patients in Alaska, Mississippi or New Jersey, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
When will it ship?
If a licensed provider approves treatment, your prescription goes to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares it and ships it discreetly with tracking.
Privacy & safety
Is my information private?
Yes. Your information is kept private and never sold. Clinical answers are reviewed by your provider.
Is this for emergencies?
No. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
